Job summary

U.S. Fleet Forces Command seeks a PROGRAM ANALYST in the JOINT/FLEET TRAINING BRANCH of the DIRECTOR, MARITIME OPERATIONS to support budget development and funding execution for Fleet training services and contracts.

The role requires analyzing training requirements and financial data, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with funding regulations. Occasional travel and security clearances are part of the duties in this federal position.

Qualifications

• Experience in program planning, budget formulation, and financial execution to support Fleet and Joint training priorities.
• Experience analyzing fleet training requirements and financial data to identify funding needs and address shortfalls.
• Experience using financial management databases and systems, including Navy ERP.
• Knowledge of financial management laws, FAR, and DFARS to govern funding and budgeting.

Responsibilities

• Support the N7 resource management team in current and future year budget development and funding execution.
• Coordinate with Fleet training stakeholders and track obligations and expenditures.
• Provide analytical support to Fleet/Joint training resourcing as directed by USFFC missions.
• Assist in managing the Fleet/Joint training directorate travel program.
