Job summary

Adams Communication & Engineering Technology (ACET), Incorporated seeks a Journeyman Budget Analyst to support the F/A-18 variants program at NAS Patuxent River. You will manage budget execution, case tracking, and adherence to naval policies and federal regulations for international partner operations.

The role requires DoD Secret clearance, a BA/BS degree, and 3–10 years of budget/financial analysis experience.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree from an accredited institution.
• 3–10 years of budget evaluation, financial analysis, and accounting report verification.
• Must possess or be able to obtain DoD Secret Security Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Review and evaluate budget estimates for conformance with DoN policies and FMR.
• Manage FMS case documents and develop complex obligation/expenditure plans.
• Analyze budgeting and accounting reports to generate program status and financial analyses.
• Use Navy DoN financial systems to process, reconcile, and monitor program funding.
• Apply FAR and PPBE knowledge to align financial objectives with milestones.
