Job summary

Baltimore City Government seeks a Fleet Automotive Training & Development Manager to design and manage a comprehensive fleet training program for over 5,000 vehicles across 27+ agencies. You will work with OEMs and vendors to create curricula, oversee the City’s Fleet Academy, and drive continuous learning to boost safety and efficiency.

You will lead a team, monitor training outcomes, and align programs with budget and operational goals while adopting new technologies and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Develop and maintain a comprehensive fleet training program for technicians and operators.
• Collaborate with OEMs and vendors to deliver hands-on and virtual training.
• Lead safety training and ensure regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities
