Qualifications

• Must hold an interstate CDL Class A with Hazmat endorsement and clear background within 120 days of hire.
• 3 years’ experience in a full-time Class A tractor/trailer driving position in the last 7 years.
• No more than 2 moving violations in the last 3 years.
• No serious traffic violations in the last 3 years.
• No DUI/DWI/OUI or reckless driving in the last 10 years.
• No preventable DOT recordable accidents in the last 10 years.
• No fatality-causing accidents in the driving history.

Responsibilities

• Provides expert guidance and coaching to Driver Trainees and regional staff.
• Delivers classroom and virtual training content; conducts tours to teach.
• Ensures One Best Way compliance and conducts audits in fleet locations.
• Builds relationships with stakeholders to implement training and process improvements.
