Hanwha Qcells seeks a Fleet & Equipment Tooling Specialist to support the F&E Tooling function under the Tooling Manager. Based in Ankeny, IA, you will help implement tooling programs, manage inventory systems, and provide on-site training across solar construction projects.

You will travel up to 30% to sites, supervise Tool Room Coordinators, ensure compliance with standards, maintain logs and certifications, and promote safe, efficient tool usage on every job.

Formación

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Office, and Outlook.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 30%.
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.

Responsabilidades

• Assist the Tooling Manager in planning, rollout, and ongoing implementation of tooling programs across all solar construction projects.
• Travel to project sites as needed to provide hands-on training to Tool Room Coordinators on tooling procedures, inventory systems, and program standards.
• Provide oversight and quality assurance of the tooling program during site visits, ensuring compliance with F&E standards and SOPs.
• Serve as the primary daily point of contact for on-site Tool Room Coordinators, addressing questions and escalating as needed.
• Lead and support inventory management system implementation at the project level, ensuring consistent use across sites.
• Maintain standardized tooling lists, inventory records, and tracking logs for all projects.
• Manage tooling and test equipment certifications and safety records, flag upcoming expirations.
