Job summary

The Bancorp seeks a meticulous Tag and Title Clerk to process and prepare tag and title documentation for the Fleet Management Services department in Orlando. You will manage new and renewal vehicle registrations, out-of-state title tracking, and DMV filings, ensuring records remain accurate, current, and compliant.

You will monitor outstanding title work, report with management, and coordinate with internal underwriting, risk teams, and external providers to resolve issues efficiently.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2 years clerical/accounting support experience, 1 year automotive titling experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with limited moving violations in last 3 years preferred.

Responsibilities

• Title and Registration Processing for fleet vehicles and DMV filings.
• Regulatory compliance and documentation of transfers and titles.
• Reporting and tracking of outstanding title work and related funds.
• Cross-functional coordination with underwriting, risk teams, and external providers.
• Team support and backup functions, including training of title runners.
