Responsibilities

  • Provides direct customer service via phone and email.
  • Completes motor vehicle forms and title documents.
  • Maintains organized office and paperwork.
  • Scans, files, and manages inventory control of documents.
  • Prepares transactions for motor vehicle run and reviews completed transactions.
  • Ensures completed transaction files are checked and contacts clients for reminders.
  • Researches, verifies, and processes titles and registrations for vehicles, boats, and recreational vehicles.
  • Processes handicap permits.
  • Maintains a positive, empathetic, professional attitude toward customers.
  • Interacts with the general public and responds promptly and politely to inquiries.
  • Acknowledges and resolves customer issues.
