Job summary

Daniels Tire Service is seeking a Commercial Tire & Fleet Service Technician to perform truck tire service for a range of tires from light to heavy duty. You will remove, repair, mount, and switch tires, complete detailed work orders, and communicate with dispatch and customers on-site.

Safety, punctuality, and adherence to PPE are required daily. Responsibilities include maintaining the service vehicle, reporting issues, and ensuring accurate tire dispositions and DOT IDs are recorded.

Responsibilities

• Perform truck tire service on highway and OTR equipment from Light Truck tires to Commercial Truck tires.
• Remove, repair, mount, switch tires on a variety of wheel types.
• Complete work orders with details: vehicle, location, tire sizes, DOT ID, and time.
• Explain required work to customers and/or supervisor and complete jobs safely and efficiently.
• Apply safe driving practices and comply with PPE requirements.
• Report to work with reliable attendance and punctuality.
