Goodyear Commercial Tire & Service Centers in Houston, TX seeks a Fleet Tire Sales Specialist to grow our commercial tire and service business. You will manage existing accounts and develop new ones, selling tires, retreads, and related services while meeting sales objectives.

The role emphasizes value-based selling, knowledge of products, and coordination with service teams to schedule fleet tire services and ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of successful Sales and/or B2B experience.
• Valid driver's license for the vehicle type.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• No relocation offered for this position.
• Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Associate Degree in related field preferred.
• Previous B2B sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Actively seek and develop new accounts and represent the company to potential customers.
• Sell company supported products and services.
• Meet sales goals set by management.
• Develop and maintain thorough knowledge of products and services to provide accurate information.
• Evaluate customer needs and make recommendations using a value selling approach.
• Attend sales training and continually build product knowledge.
• Perform manual tasks for extended periods, including lifting tires and wheels.
• Schedule fleet service appointments and coordinate with service department.
• Conduct fleet needs evaluations and provide cost analysis and benefits.
• Ensure prompt resolution of tire adjustments and proper handling of casings.
• Deliver tires to customers as needed.
