Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a results-driven sales professional to expand our fleet and dealer networks in the Anchorage, AK area. You will engage existing and new customers, enroll associates, and drive fleet accounts while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

The role requires proven sales experience, strong communication, and the ability to work autonomously. Proficiency with Salesforce.com and MS Office is essential, with bilingual Spanish/English a plus.

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience across channels and markets.
• Automotive, tire experience or transferable sales skills.
• Strong business and financial acumen across the organization.
• Professional appearance with strong communication, in-person or virtual.
• Self-starter with minimal supervision and results-oriented mindset.
• Valid driver’s license and MOTUS-compliant vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Engage and grow current and prospective customers in the assigned market across all channels.
• Drive Associate Dealer enrollments and engagement with Independent Tire Dealers.
• Acquire new fleet accounts and maintain existing fleet accounts through NTW's Fleet Channel.
• Work cross-functionally with Supply Chain Operations, Sales Operations, Finance, and other areas.
• Develop relationships with customers and supplier partners.
• Participate in marketing and promotional program deployment.
• Convert leads into profitable sales and communicate promotions.
• Use Salesforce.com to increase customer interaction, track opportunities, and growth.
