Job summary

Envisioneering, Inc. seeks a Fleet Command Liaison at Pearl Harbor to support prioritization, validation, and adoption of new Navy capabilities. You will interface with DoN users, TYCOMs, and WDCs to ensure alignment of priorities and to communicate gaps.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree, 15+ years of senior military experience, and an active TS/SCI clearance. Travel may be up to 20%. Competitive salary and full benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or technical/scientific discipline (e.g., systems engineering, computer science).
• 15+ years senior military experience with the DoN or equivalent.
• Experience rapid technology and capability development.
• Experience liaising with senior FO/SES leadership.

Responsibilities

• Represent DONRCO for Fleet adoption and engagement at Navy commands.
• Interface with the DON Rapid Capabilities Office and Fleet leaders for concept/capabilities development.
• Source and track Navy/USMC operational problems related to defense planning.
• Support development of Urgent Acquisition documents for DONRCO projects.
• Coordinate with COCOMs and TYCOMs for concept development and prioritization.
