Job summary

Empire is seeking an experienced field technician to troubleshoot, repair, and service Caterpillar and allied equipment in a shop and field setting. You will diagnose electrical, hydraulic, and power train issues using schematics and electronic tools, and communicate findings to clients and management.

Responsibilities include repairing, maintaining equipment, preparing service reports, and managing repair costs.

Qualifications

• Must be able to identify root cause failures using electronic tools and schematics.
• Strong communication to explain equipment conditions and recommendations.
• English language proficiency required for all written and verbal communication.
