Job summary

PepsiCo is hiring a Fleet Maintenance Technician in Nashville, TN. Responsibilities include performing preventative maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on a diverse fleet of light and heavy vehicles.

You will use modern diagnostic tools, document work orders, and maintain vehicle records throughout the shift. The role requires ASE certifications, at least 1 year of related experience or training, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• Valid U.S. driver’s license required.
• 1+ year of experience or training in hydraulic and air brake systems, after treatment and emissions repairs, driveline, engine repairs, and welding.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and handle physical tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance (PMs) and repairs with independence.
• Use diagnostic tools and programs to diagnose issues and complete repairs (training provided).
• Maintain documentation and records (work orders, vehicle records, checklists).
• Support safety standards and respond to service calls as needed.
