Job summary

PepsiCo is seeking a Fleet Mechanic in Indianapolis to maintain and repair our fleet of vehicles and equipment, ensuring brands like Pepsi, Gatorade, and Aquafina reach communities safely and on time. Expect hands-on PMs, diagnostics, and documentation across light and heavy vehicles in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs (with or without accommodation).
• Certifications: Brakes, ASE Electrical, ASE Heavy Duty.
• At least 1 year of experience or training in hydraulic and air brake systems, aftertreatment and emissions repairs, driveline repairs, engine repairs, using diagnostic platforms, and welding.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance (PMs) and repairs with a high degree of independence.
• Use leading-edge tools and programs to diagnose issues and complete repairs (training provided).
• Perform advanced diagnostics and repairs across a diverse fleet (light/heavy trucks, vans, and forklifts).
• Maintain documentation and records (work orders, vehicle records, checklists) using provided tools.
• Support our safety-first culture by following all safety standards and procedures—and answering service calls as needed.
