Job summary

PepsiCo Inc. in New Paltz, NY is seeking a fleet mechanic to maintain and repair company fleet vehicles, diagnose mechanical issues, and perform preventive maintenance on a full-time schedule from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Weekend/holiday/off-shift work may be required
• Valid driver's license and personal vehicle
• Driver's license must not have been suspended or revoked due to moving violations in the past 3 years
• Ability to lift 50 pounds or more with or without accommodation
• Ability to climb, bend, reach, stoop, kneel, and stretch for extended periods
• Ability to work in tight spaces for extended periods
• Must work on/under trucks for 8–12 hours per shift

• Pay: $38.74 per hour
• Location: New Paltz, NY
• Work Days: Monday - Friday
• Start Time: 8:00 am
• End Time: 5:00 pm

Minimum Qualifications

• You are at least 18 years of age or older
• You may be required to work on weekends, holidays as well as off shift
• You have a valid Driver's License and Personal Vehicle
• Your driver's license has not been suspended or revoked in connection with a moving violation within the past three (3) years
• You can lift 50 pounds or more with or without a reasonable accommodation

Maintain and repair fleet vehicles to keep drivers safe and on the road delivering beloved brands like Lay's, Doritos, and Cheetos. Your technical skill and preventative work ensure vehicles are reliable and communities stay stocked.
