Job summary

PepsiCo Inc. is seeking a Fleet Maintenance Technician in Forks Township, PA, to keep delivery vehicles safe and on the road. You will diagnose mechanical issues, perform preventative maintenance, and assist with repairs alongside experienced mechanics.

The role requires a CDL, ability to lift 50 pounds, and willingness to work a long night shift from 10:00 PM to 6:30 AM, Sunday through Friday, with on-call or weekend duties as needed. The position includes competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• You are at least 21 years of age or older.
• You may be required to work on weekends, holidays as well as off shift.
• You have a valid D10K Certification.
• Your driver's license has not been suspended or revoked in connection with a moving violation within the past three (3) years.
• You can lift 50 pounds or more with or without a reasonable accommodation.
• You are able to climb, bend, reach, stoop, kneel, and stretch for extended periods with or without a reasonable accommodation.
• You will be required to work on/under trucks for an entire shift (8 to 12 hours) with or without a reasonable accommodation

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair fleet vehicles, including diagnosing mechanical issues and completing preventative maintenance.
• Work alongside experienced mechanics on more complex repairs and troubleshooting.
• Return vehicles to the traffic center when needed (CDL required).
• Manage parts inventory and accurately charge parts and labor to work orders using provided systems.
• Build relationships with vendors when obtaining estimates for parts or outside labor.

Minimum Qualifications
