Qualifications

• 1–3 years of automotive or tire service experience.
• Experience with tire mounting and balancing equipment.
• Clean driving record.
• Basic hand tools for tire service and light repairs.
• Basic computer skills for maintenance tracking.
• Ability to travel between Royal Ambulance stations.

Responsibilities

• Perform tire inspections, rotations, mounting, balancing, and replacements.
• Complete preventive maintenance inspections and basic oil changes.
• Handle light vehicle repairs including doors, windows, seats, mirrors, wipers, dashboards, and cabinets.
• Replace interior, exterior, and emergency vehicle lighting.
• Perform gurney preventive maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs.
• Adjust or replace antler rails and lock bars.

Royal Ambulance is looking for a hands-on Fleet Maintenance Technician - Tire & Preventive Maintenance inspections specialist to keep our ambulance fleet safe, reliable, and ready to serve. This role is ideal for someone with tire and automotive experience who enjoys working independently, solving problems, and getting variety in their day.

You'll be based in San Francisco and travel between our 5 stations as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• - Perform tire inspections, rotations, mounting, balancing, and replacements
• - Complete preventive maintenance inspections and basic oil changes
• - Handle light vehicle repairs including doors, windows, seats, mirrors, wipers, dashboards, and cabinets
• - Replace interior, exterior, and emergency vehicle lighting

What We're Looking For:
