Job summary

Pepsi Beverages North America (PBNA) is seeking a Fleet Mechanic to maintain a large and varied fleet across North America. You will perform preventive maintenance and repairs, utilize cutting-edge diagnostics, and keep detailed records to support safety and reliability.

The role emphasizes independence with guidance when needed, a focus on safety, and opportunities for ongoing training within a best-in-class beverage logistics network.

Qualifications

• Own basic hand tools required; tools provided for diagnostics and high-tech equipment.
• Experience with hydraulic and air brake systems.
• Experience performing after treatment and emissions repairs (class 6-8 diesel).
• Experience using diagnostic platforms (Noregon, Snap-on, Nexiq, Altel).
• Experience repairing heavy duty equipment and driveline components.

Responsibilities

• Perform PMs and repairs with high degree of independence.
• Utilize advanced diagnostics and voice app-based PM tools.
• Repair diverse Pepsi fleet: automobiles, trucks, vans, forklifts.
• Conduct high-level repairs on engines, drivetrains, emissions and safety systems.
• Document vehicle records and maintenance actions; manage service calls.
