Job summary

The SYGMA Network is seeking a skilled Fleet Maintenance Technician to perform preventive maintenance inspections, diagnostics and repairs on a broad range of vehicles and equipment. You will diagnose malfunctions, perform repairs to manufacturer specifications, and document all work in the company system.

Candidates should have medium/heavy duty truck training, a valid driver’s license, and hands‑on experience with electrical systems, engines, and brakes.

Qualifications

• Requires medium/high‑duty truck technical training.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform inspections and preventive maintenance to maximize safety, reliability, and cost efficiency.
• Conduct annual inspections on fleet vehicles per regulations.
• Perform repairs on engines, drivetrains, electrical, brakes, HVAC, and other systems.
• Document work and follow company procedures on work orders.
• Operate and learn Sysco computer systems and diagnostic programs.
• Maintain tools and diagnostic equipment as required.
