Job summary

City of Tulsa Asset Management is seeking a qualified mechanic to support maintenance and repair activities in a fleet environment. The role requires at least 2 years of semi-skilled mechanic experience or completion of a year of automotive/diesel training, with a high school diploma or GED.

Hours are Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM at the Asset Management location (5675 S Garnett Road). A valid Class “D” driver’s license is required to drive company vehicles and perform duties

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED and 2+ years semi-skilled mechanic experience.
• Or completion of 1 year vo-tech automotive or diesel training.
• Equivalent training/experience per Personnel Policies and Procedures, Section 100.
