Job summary

Pepsi Beverages North America (PBNA) is PepsiCo's beverage manufacturing, sales, and distribution operating unit. We are hiring Fleet Mechanics to ensure fleet reliability and safety across a large North American fleet.

The role emphasizes independent work with coaching, extensive training, and opportunities to advance within PBNA's service network. You will work on heavy and light duty trucks, forklifts and related equipment, with strong safety practices and competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• Must have own basic hand tools and be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Experience with hydraulic and air brake systems.
• Experience with aftertreatment and emissions repairs on heavy trucks (class 6-8).
• Experience using diagnostic platforms (Noregon, Snap-on, Nexiq, Altel, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Work with a high degree of independence performing PMs and repairs.
• Utilize leading-edge technology and programs for diagnostics and analytics.
• Repair diverse fleet equipment including automobiles, trucks and forklifts.
• Perform high-level diagnostics across OE platforms and drive repairs.
• Maintain vehicle records and pre-trip checklists.
• Support safety standards and PepsiCo's safety culture.
