Job summary

Pepsi Beverages North America (PBNA) in Detroit is seeking a Fleet Mechanic to maintain a large, varied fleet with an emphasis on safety and reliability. You will perform PMs and repairs, diagnose issues, and use advanced diagnostic tools to keep equipment up and running.

Qualifications

• Own basic hand tools required; diagnostic tools provided.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds; 18+ years old; pass forklift test if applicable.
• Experience with hydraulic and air brake systems; diesel engines/class 6-8 repairs.
• Experience with OE diagnostic and repair procedures; safety standards followed.

Responsibilities

• Perform PMs and repairs with independence and coaching as needed.
• Diagnose and repair across diverse fleet: cars, trucks, forklifts.
• Use voice-activated PMs, Noregon diagnostics, Uptake analytics, TAAS.
• Maintain records and drive safety-focused culture on site.
