JANX is hiring a Fleet and Operations Support Personnel for our Parma, MI office. This full-time role supports mobilization, vehicle readiness, and on-site operational needs, including truck buildouts and dark room work, with travel across the USA as required.

The position requires a high school diploma and 2+ years in general shop/maintenance/construction; welding qualification is preferred and beneficial for the role. JANX offers health benefits, paid time off, and a 401(k) matching program.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of general shop, maintenance, and construction experience.
• Welder qualification/experience preferred.
• General vehicle maintenance knowledge is advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Support project mobilization, demobilization, and equipment readiness on timelines.
• Assist truck buildouts, dark room work, and vehicle support tasks.
• Aid with dark room fabrication and welding activities.
• Travel nationwide to customer sites to deliver and support equipment.
• Assist with vehicle drop-off/pickup as operations change.
• Manage inventory and transport JANX property for office closures or openings.
• Assist with routine building maintenance tasks (filters, bulbs, etc.).
• Perform other operational duties as assigned.
