Job summary

Manpower Group (USA) is seeking a Fleet Support Engineer for a client in the transportation and autonomous vehicle sector. You will serve as the primary contact for real-time sensor fleet escalations and drive root-cause analysis across hardware and software logs.

Responsibilities include developing troubleshooting guides, validating new sensor components such as LiDAR, radar, and cameras, and collaborating with engineering teams to improve tooling and fleet reliability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering.
• 6+ years of experience in transportation, aerospace, or autonomous vehicles focusing on perception systems and sensors.
• Experience with low/high voltage circuits, UDS, and troubleshooting safety protocols.
• Understanding of hardware and software systems architecture and communication protocols.
• Ability to interpret schematics, electrical diagrams, and connector pinouts.

As a Fleet Support Engineer, you will be part of the Vehicle Development department supporting the Fleet Support Engineering and Sustaining Team. The ideal candidate will have strong problem‑solving skills, excellent collaboration abilities, and a proactive mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

Pay Range:$79/hour + Benefits
