Our client, a leader in autonomous vehicle technology and fleet management, is seeking a Fleet Support Engineer to join their team. As a Fleet Support Engineer, you will be part of the Vehicle Development department supporting Fleet Support Engineering. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, excellent collaboration skills, meticulous documentation abilities, and a proactive mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?
- Serve as the primary point of contact for real-time escalations for sensor-related fleet issues
- Conduct in-depth root cause analysis through comprehensive log review to identify and resolve fleet issues
- Develop, update, and maintain a troubleshooting guide for technicians, including newly diagnosed faults and resolutions
- Perform hardware bring-up and validation procedures for new sensor components such as LiDAR, radar, and cameras
- Design and implement diagnostic procedures to streamline troubleshooting, focusing on sensor calibration and data integrity
What's Needed?
- Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in transportation, aerospace, or autonomous vehicles, with a focus on perception systems and sensors
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering
- Experience with low/high voltage circuits, Unified Diagnostic Services (UDS), and safe troubleshooting practices
- Understanding of hardware and software system architecture, and communication protocols in an operational setting
- Ability to analyze schematics, electrical diagrams, and connector pinouts effectively
