Job summary

MTM Transit is seeking a Supervisor, Fleet in Sebring, FL. You will oversee fleet operations to meet company standards and regulatory requirements, ensuring safe, on-time performance and accurate maintenance tracking for all vehicles.

You will supervise drivers, coordinate maintenance with Cetaris, respond to incidents, and provide management with performance reports. A valid license and DOT screening are required, with preferred experience in senior or disabled passenger services.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• 1+ years of experience in a leadership or supervisory role (2+ years preferred).
• Must possess a valid driver's license.
• Must be able to pass DOT physical and pre-employment drug/alcohol screening.
• No suspensions, DUI, or more than 1 citation in the past 5 years.
• Must pass criminal background check.
• Previous experience with seniors or persons with disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Monitor comments and complaints regarding service and passenger safety.
• Ensure daily routes are staffed with drivers and monitor on-time performance.
• Oversee fleet maintenance program and preventive maintenance data.
• Coordinate data and photo collection at accident scenes and assist with investigations.
• Assist drivers with questions and on-the-road support.
• Provide management with reports on route/schedule effectiveness.
• Perform random vehicle inspections and track mileage in Cetaris.
• Maintain vehicle maintenance files on site for client review.
