Responsibilities

• Lead garage management and supervise all technicians, including evaluations and scheduling.
• Oversee shop operations, safety procedures, and DOT inspections for commercial vehicles.
• Manage budget reports, purchase orders, and vendor coordination.
• Coordinate with Fleet Coordinator to plan in-house vs third-party repairs and weekly workplans.
• Respond to on-the-road breakdowns and ensure timely maintenance and repairs.
