Job summary

Denver Water is seeking a Fleet Supervisor to oversee daily planning, organize tasks for fleet mechanics, and evaluate costs to minimize downtime. You will lead budgeting, data management, and training to ensure assets perform reliably.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED plus a 2-year automotive/diesel certification and at least 6 years of related experience; ASE CAFS certification preferred. This is an on-site role based in Denver, CO with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED is required.
  • Two-year automotive or diesel certification is preferred.
  • At least 6 years of related fleet experience is required.
  • Equivalent combinations of certs, education, or experience may be accepted.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and mentor fleet mechanics in standard repairs and operations.
  • Hold daily team huddles for updates and workload distribution.
  • Oversee maintenance of air, electric, diesel, gasoline and hydraulic equipment.
  • Manage Fleet Management software data for budgets, forecasting, and reporting.
  • Conduct quality control inspections and ensure safety and standards.
