Job summary

Hill Country Transit District is seeking a Shop Foreman to supervise mechanics, supervise daily work orders, and ensure safe, compliant maintenance for vehicles and equipment in the Belton operation.

You will personally perform preventive maintenance as needed, manage PMI schedules, and coordinate with the Director of Maintenance and Maintenance Manager to allocate resources and maintain fleet readiness.
