Job summary

Ascendance Trucks LLC is seeking an experienced, full-time Service Technician to service our fleet customers with a focus on quality customer service. Duties include cleaning, maintenance, visual inspection, parts removal, installation with manuals, report writing, disassembly, reconditioning, and adherence to safety procedures.

The ideal candidate has at least three years of fleet or dealership experience, a high school diploma, and ASE certification is preferred (CDL preferred).

Qualifications

• 3+ years fleet or dealership experience required.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• ASE certification preferred; CDL preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical service to vehicles and equipment.
• Read job orders and observe vehicle operation to plan work.
• Follow checklists to examine critical parts.
• Inspect guards, bolts and safety devices and adjust as needed.
• Test-drive vehicles to ensure smooth operation.
• Tag warranty parts and returns to warranty clerk.
• Attend training and review factory bulletins.
• Develop positive relationships with customers to boost satisfaction.
