Responsibilities

• Effectively handle incoming driver requests and assist with driver questions.
• Open daily repair orders.
• Work directly with technicians as needed for repairs.
• Working knowledge of Transman preferred (VRMS coding knowledge another plus).
• Courteous and positive attitude – Communication is a MUST!
• Multi-tasking and highly organized as this is a high paced shop.
• Working computer knowledge and the ability to type accurately.
• Able to complete required documentation and reports in a timely manner (Inspection Reports for DOT, DOT Violations).
• Meet commitments and deadlines!
