You will make DOT-compliant repair decisions, communicate clearly via phone, email, and vendor portals, and maintain accurate, timely information throughout the day. The role requires strong prioritization, reliable availability, and the ability to balance multiple cases in a fast-paced environment while collaborating with drivers, vendors,

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associates degree in a mechanical/tech field or information technology/business tech preferred.
• Equivalent years of experience may substitute for education.

Responsibilities

• Receive, document, and resolve incoming driver-reported maintenance issues.
• Triage over-the-road breakdowns to identify safe, efficient resolutions.
• Make safe and cost-effective repair decisions to maximize equipment utilization.
• Secure service for road repairs and direct drivers to repair facilities.
• Follow DOT/FMCSA regulations and company procedures.
• Maintain accurate data in company systems and communicate with drivers and vendors.
