Job summary

Flexcar is seeking a Service and Damage Coordinator in Auburn, MA. The role oversees vehicle sales, body damage claims, and repairs with on-site and external partners to keep the fleet in optimal condition.

You will drive safety, manage vendors, and coordinate transportation while reporting to the Service Manager. The position includes a full benefits package starting day one and a competitive hourly wage.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating with external vendors and repair partners.
• Experience writing damage claims and reporting.
• Ability to manage KPIs for technicians and repair specialists.
• Experience coordinating fleet movements and transportation.

Responsibilities

• Lead relationships with external vendors for service delivery.
• Oversee body damage assessments and claims reporting.
• Own KPIs for Technicians and Body Repair Specialists.
• Coordinate bulk vehicle transportation with the fleet team.
• Collaborate with EH&S to follow safety procedures.
• Oversee on-site/off-site repairs for quality and efficiency.
• Work with Fleet Management to meet utilization goals.
• Partner with Loss Prevention to protect assets.
• Manage area expenditures with P&L responsibility for damage budget.
