The position requires 3+ years in automotive/technical roles, with preference for dealership service advisory experience. Strong communication and fleet-system proficiency are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years automotive/technical experience.
• Dealership service advisor experience preferred.
• Familiarity with key vehicle parts.
• Ability to update and interact in fleet systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Determine the scope of repair or maintenance work needed.
• Manage internal and external software to update vehicle status.
• Obtain information from technicians for parts and contact purchasing.
• Manage parts on order and update ETAs for scheduling repairs.
• Communicate work orders with clients and monitor workflow progress.
• Schedule planned maintenance events with clients in advance.
• Manage RO lifecycle to ensure timely completion and billing.
• Escalate customer inquiries regarding maintenance timelines.
