Job summary

Gunn Automotive Group is seeking a Fleet Facilitator to drive vehicle sales and maximize dealership profits while ensuring customer satisfaction. This role will manage new vehicle displays and online listings, working to attract new customers and retain existing ones.

The Fleet Facilitator collaborates with multiple departments to ensure fleet operations, ordering, stocking, cleaning, and delivery are accurate, installed, and ready for clients.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Valid in-state driver's license and driving record consistent with company policy and insurance carrier requirements
• At least one year of sales experience
• Broad knowledge of all types of vehicles
• Manager/supervisory experience

Responsibilities

• The Fleet Facilitator is directly responsible for selling vehicles at the dealership maximizing profit, volume, and customer satisfaction standards.
• The Fleet Facilitator is responsible for displaying and maintaining new vehicle inventory and the online sales conducted through a dealership's website.
• The Fleet Facilitator will ensure new customers acquisition and customer retention by evaluating website traffic.
• The Fleet Facilitator will work with other departments as necessary to insure that Fleet Operations to include ordering, stocking, cleaning and delivery of all obligatory vehicles, options and accessories are accurate, installed and ready for the client.
