Job summary

Qualifications

• Two years of professional office experience in an administrative role.
• Experience in auto industry a strong plus (DMV, dealerships, auto auctions).
• Arizona Driver's License and ability to pass background check.

Responsibilities

• Manage the entire sales process of vehicles, including online engagement.
• Verify all expenses and send electronic copies of all sales.
• Notate each account with updated ETA and delays, and maintain transport coordination.
• Coordinate transportation assignments to ensure timely pickup of units.
• Negotiate 'If' bids with buyers and provide Pre/Post Sale reports.
• Communicate daily with customers and ensure accurate, compliant records.
