Job summary

Service Minds is seeking a hands-on Safety & Fleet Manager to drive safety and fleet programs across multiple locations. You will develop training, PPE programs, and data-driven reporting while partnering with Operations to improve safety outcomes.

The role involves field visits, safety coaching, data analysis, and leadership communication with branches and leadership teams. Travel is approximately 40–50% to sites and markets.

• Ability to analyze safety and fleet data.
• Willingness to travel 40–50%.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead company-wide safety and fleet programs.
• Create training and PPE compliance programs.
• Monitor fleet safety, incidents, and driver behavior.
• Prepare leadership reports and dashboards.
• Lead safety investigations and corrective actions.
• Coordinate with Operations, HR, Legal, and insurance partners.
