Job summary

Waste Pro USA Inc. is seeking a safety inspection specialist to support the fleet in Orlando. You will learn and perform safety inspections on heavy and light duty trucks, including potential gasoline, diesel, and CNG systems.

Responsibilities include aiding drivers with daily post-trip inspections, conducting safety checks during Safety Lane and PMs, and documenting findings. You will maintain a clean work area, follow OSHA standards, and assist with route observations to improve safety and

Qualifications

Knowledge and ability to perform safety inspection services with general knowledge related to heavy duty and light duty trucks.
This may include gasoline, diesel and CNG Systems.

Responsibilities

Aid/assist drivers in completion of the daily Post trip and vehicle safety inspection process.
Conducts safety checks on vehicles and equipment during Safety Lane and PM's.
Communicates with A & B technicians/drivers about vehicle issues and preventative techniques.
Completes all required paperwork / data entry as required.
Maintains a clean, safe work area in compliance with OSHA standards.
Maintain high standard of Ethics and Dependability.
Follows all safety policies and procedures.
On occasion, assist division by performing route observations and discuss observations with drivers.
