Job summary

Jaguar Fueling Services in the United States is seeking a Driver Safety & Fleet Manager to oversee daily driver operations, safety compliance, and fleet maintenance. You will monitor E-Logs, review events, and ensure adherence to DOT guidelines while driving efficiency and customer service standards.

The role includes scheduling safety meetings, supervising hires and terminations, and coordinating with insurance and HR to maintain fleet readiness.

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience in management.
• CDL, Hazmat, and TWIC endorsements required.
• Bilingual preferred.

Responsibilities

• Daily checks on Drivers and monitor E-Logs.
• Audit driver paysheets and resolve issues with management.
• Maintain DOT inspections and safety compliance.
• Coordinate training and safety meetings monthly.
• Maintain company fleet, registrations, inspections, and maintenance.
• Assist with driver recruiting and terminations.
