Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a box truck following all traffic rules and regulations.
• Follow designated pickup routes efficiently to maximize donations.
• Communicate with donors courteously and professionally while coordinating pickups.
• Load and unload donated items into and out of the pickup vehicle safely.
• Ensure items are handled with care and securely packed during transportation.
• Maintain a clean and organized pickup vehicle and report safety concerns.
• Accurately record donation details and donor information.
• Provide exceptional customer service and represent the organization positively.
• Report unique or valuable donations to management.
• Follow health and safety protocols when handling items.
• Efficiently unload donated items upon returning to the store and sort them.
• Stay informed about the organization's mission and goals.
• Attend training sessions and meetings to improve procedures.
