Job summary

U.S. Fleet Forces Command is seeking an Integrated Readiness Analyst to support the Enterprise Readiness Integration in the Executive Director/COS Division.

The role involves managing Fleet Readiness Boards and Commanders’ Readiness Councils, coordinating schedules, and producing pre- and post-event briefs for the Fleet Commander’s staff. Applicants should demonstrate experience with Navy readiness reporting, event planning at Flag level, and the ability to coordinate across multiple Navy

Qualifications

• Specialized experience at or equivalent to GS-12 level in the Federal service or equivalent.
• Experience directing Navy event planning and execution for Flag level events.
• Experience formulating Navy gameplans to balance multiple stakeholders.
• Experience with Navy TYCOMs and SYSCOMs.
• Experience analyzing Navy Warfare Enterprise strategies and readiness reporting.
• Experience using online databases to track task completion from CNO to Fleet Commanders.
• Understanding relationships between supporting and supported commanders and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage programs for Fleet Readiness Boards and Fleet Commanders’ Readiness Councils.
• Coordinate briefer and participant schedules.
• Handle email, audio visual, electronic, and hardcopy support.
• Lead author pre-event executive summaries and post-event memorandums.
• Cover Navy domains including Air, Surface, Subsurface, Expeditionary, Cyber, Logistics, Intel, Manpower, and Comptroller.
