• Serve as COR for maintenance and repair contracts and monitor contractor performance.
• Maintain property records, conduct inventories, and coordinate transfer or turn-in of surplus and unserviceable items.
• Develop and deliver operator training programs for Material Handling Equipment (MHE) and other vehicles.
• Assist Site Safety Officer with equipment inspections and safety compliance.
