Qualifications

  • One year of specialized experience in logistics support.

  • Volunteer experience as creditable experience as described by the agency is acceptable.

Responsibilities

  • Represents the customer to the DLA Enterprise regarding overall weapon system and/or commodity product line support.
  • Functions as a project manager on weapons system support readiness and/or commodity logistics initiatives.
  • Ensures effective demand planning for assigned weapon systems or commodity product lines.
  • Provides logistical expertise for assigned weapon system platforms to US military activities and US civil agencies.
  • Resolves high priority logistics, supply, distribution, information, or service problems through personal action or coordination with DLA activities.
  • Monitors impact on weapon system readiness and commodity product lines, analyzes supply degraders to identify problems and solutions.
