Job summary

Leo Tech LLC is seeking a Fleet Manager to oversee the maintenance and operation of the special/general purpose vehicle fleet and related equipment for the Silver Flag Exercise site. You will supervise maintenance scheduling, budgeting, and compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, ensuring a safe, reliable fleet.

The role requires experience in fleet management, strong cost-control skills, and the ability to leverage telematics and fleet software to optimize performance.

Qualifications

• Three years of experience as a Program Manager in Fleet Maintenance or Fleet Vehicle Management.
• Must pass a National Criminal History Check (NCHC).
• Must have a valid Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and supervise fleet operation and maintenance to ensure safety and efficiency.
• Manage operational budgets and track fuel, repairs, and replacements; implement cost-saving strategies.
• Ensure fleet and driver compliance with legal and regulatory requirements; maintain inspections and certifications.
• Utilize GPS tracking and telematics to monitor performance, optimize routes, and generate reports.
• Analyze data to improve operational efficiency and support strategic decisions.
• Contribute to long-term fleet expansion and adoption of new technologies, including electric or alternative fuel vehicles.
