Job summary

Leo Tech LLC is seeking a Fleet Manager to supervise the operation and maintenance of our vehicle and equipment fleets. You will coordinate maintenance schedules, manage budgets, and ensure compliance with applicable laws and safety standards to support mission-critical transportation.

The role requires at least three years in fleet or program management, a valid license, and the ability to pass a National Criminal History Check.

Qualifications

• Three years of experience as a Program Manager in Fleet Maintenance or Fleet Vehicle Management.
• Ability to pass a National Criminal History Check (NCHC).
• Valid Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and supervise vehicle operations and maintenance for safety and efficiency.
• Manage budgets for fuel, repairs, and replacements; pursue cost-saving strategies.
• Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and safety standards across the fleet.
• Use GPS, fleet software, and telematics to monitor performance and report findings.
• Analyze data to improve operational efficiency and support strategic decisions.
• Contribute to long-term fleet planning and adoption of new technologies.
