Job summary

Qualifications

• Valid state-issued driver's license.
• Brake inspection qualified as defined in FMCSA regulations, 396.25.
• Vehicle inspection qualified as defined in FMCSA regulations, 396.19.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic to intermediate inspections, preventative maintenance, repairs and replacements per Walmart guidelines on equipment (trailers, tractors, yard trucks, service vehicles).
• Create and process work orders, assess maintenance needs, identify parts, and select best solutions.
• Communicate with customers, suppliers, associates, and other partners; document work orders and logs.
• Receive fuel drops and conduct fuel sampling per safety procedures; prepare samples and paperwork.
• Uphold Walmart values and foster a culture of integrity, teamwork, and customer focus.
