Qualifications

• AS400 knowledge preferred.
• Tanker Driver Dispatch experience required.
• Milk Driver Dispatch experience preferred.
• Strong oral and written communication.

• Basic typing and Microsoft Office skills.
• Ability to lead others.
• Ability to solve problems in high pressure situations.

Responsibilities

• Primary source of communication with driver and disseminating information.
• Ensure drivers understand customer requirements and company expectations.
• Manage fleet performance: on-time pickups, routing, hours of service.
• Monitor route efficiency and payroll accuracy for drivers.
• Lead and retain a designated fleet of regional drivers.
• Coordinate with planning to obtain loads and dispatch drivers.
• Perform driver reviews and enforce company policies.
