Grant County PUD in Washington state seeks a Parts Specialist II within Fleet Services to support parts replacement, inventory control, and vehicle fleet operations. Wage is $49.61 per hour; shift is Mon–Fri 2:30pm–12:45am, 4-10's Swing Shift.

Requires a valid driver’s license, HS diploma, First Aid/CPR or ability to obtain, forklift certification or ability to obtain, and 4 years of experience or equivalent with counter sales. Background check and pre-employment drug screen apply.

Competenze

• Must have a valid driver’s license with no driving restrictions.
• High School diploma or GED from an accredited institution.
• Current First Aid Card including CPR or ability to obtain within 6 months of hire.
• Current forklift certification or ability to obtain within 1 year of hire.
• 4 years’ experience or equivalent knowledge, including at least 2 years in counter sales of auto/truck parts or a mechanical background.

Mansioni

• Operate district vehicles as an essential function.
• Order automotive, truck, and equipment parts with approval from Shop/Shift Foreman.
• Maintain proper inventory levels and accurately track parts received.
• Create part numbers for different locations.
• Maintain a clean, organized parts room and storage areas.
• Participate in safety program and follow all safety policies; report hazards promptly.
