Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Two years of relevant prior experience.
• Valid South Carolina Class "D" Driver's License.
• ASE parts specialist certification.
• Forklift certification required.
• Strong arithmetic and data-entry skills.
• Ability to follow procedures and work with little supervision.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records for Fleet Services Division parts, materials, tools, and supplies.
• Procure parts needed for maintenance and repair work.
• Communicate with vendors for quotes, availability, and order expediting; resolve billing/shipping discrepancies.
• Receive goods and reconcile invoices with purchase orders; process invoices for payment.
• Organize, label, and stock parts and supplies; issue items to personnel as needed.
• Assist in quarterly inventory of materials in the parts room; maintain a clean workspace.
