BASIN DISPOSAL INC in Pasco, WA is seeking a Shop Clerk & Inventory Specialist to maintain an accurate parts inventory and support fleet maintenance operations. You will organize parts, process orders, and coordinate with vendors to ensure timely delivery.

The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage inventory records, purchasing, reporting, and clerical tasks in a fast-paced shop environment. On-site, Monday–Friday schedule.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Training in inventory management, purchasing, automotive, diesel, or fleet maintenance preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory records for shop parts, supplies, and materials.
• Prepare and process purchase orders for maintenance parts, supplies, and equipment.
• Prepare monthly preventative maintenance (PM) kits and schedules.
• Maintain maintenance records using FleetMate and other company software systems.
• Follow all safety policies and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
